Victory Springs Independent Baptist Church is honored to have Pastor Patrick Gimenez and family as our pastor.  Pastor Gimenez planted the church, here in High Springs, back in 2015 and we have been delighted to have him lead the church under the leadership of Jesus Christ.

Pastor and Mrs. Kami were married in 1994 and Pastor surrendered his life to preach in 1996.  After attending a Bible institute in his local church for 5 years, he was called to be on staff and head up the bus ministry at a Baptist church in Mississippi.  From there he went on to be the Youth Director at Winkler Road Baptist Church, serving under Pastor Don Strange.  From there, in 2006, he and his family surrendered their lives to be missionaries overseas and served in that capacity for 7 years.  Upon returning to the U.S., for medical reasons, the Gimenez family moved to High Springs and started VSIBC in early 2015.   To find out more of their story: https://www.vsibc.org/history/

Pastor and Mrs. Kami have 6 children (Joshua, Elisabeth, Brenna, Silas, Callie, and Micah) who faithfully serve in the ministries here at VSIBC.  From the nursery to the choir, you will find the Pastor and his family serving the people and families by example here at VSIBC!

Joshua Gimenez serves as the Assistant to the Pastor & Youth Director, as well as leading the music and choir at VSIBC. He and his wife, Tabitha, were married in 2017 and they have three daughters: Liberty, Freedom, & Victory.  Joshua surrendered to preach in 2008 and they were officially taken on staff in December of 2019. Together, Joshua and his wife Tabitha lead the youth group every week along with participation in camps, special conferences, as well as church activities scheduled throughout the year.

Elisabeth Gimenez serves as the church secretary at VSIBC. She is the oldest daughter of the pastor. Along with taking care of the secretarial duties of the church, Elisabeth is enrolled in online studies and is earning a degree in Church Managment.
